When We Accept Returns

Returns are accepted exclusively in the following cases: a defect in the product, or an error in sizing made on our part. Outside of these two conditions, returns will not be accepted.

Reporting Window

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by a clear photo documenting the problem.

Resolution

Upon approval of a return request, we will offer either an exchange for the correct item or store credit — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom and personalised orders are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
